Boiled Wool fabric is primarily used for creating berets, scarves, waistcoats, cardigans coats and jackets. The process to make boiled wool consists of shrinking the fabric and makes a dense felted wool that resists fraying and further shrinkage.
The manufacturer recommend: A gentle cold to lukewarm wash. If your machine has a specific wool wash, use it. Avoid agitation or wringing. Rinse and roll in a towel to remove excess water. Try and dry flat.
We recommend a test piece first.
