Sewing Retreat at Stubton Hall

Fabric Corner and Sew Sure Dressmaking and Sewing Retreat 

Monday 18 November to Thursday 21 November at StubtonHall, near Newark.

Come and enjoy a fantastic dressmaking/sewing retreat in an idyllic country setting in the beautifully restored country house, Stubton Hall. Located near Newark, this country house offers the ideal rural and peaceful setting, where you can relax and really enjoy your dressmaking and sewing projects.   Join Kay [owner of Fabric Corner and Gwen [Sew Sure], who will be there to help and support you throughout the retreat.   We will have two full days in the amazing sewing room with two experienced tutors to help you with your chosen projects.  

As Stubton Hall is exclusively ours, during the retreat, the time is ours to start and finish as we want, late night sewing, early morning, any time we choose. The only thing that will stop us are the beautiful meals provided.  The brilliant thing isthat everything is fully inclusive; nothing else to pay! 

On Monday Kay and Gwen will be there to welcome you any time after 3pm. You will be shown to your en-suite luxury bedroom with super comfy beds, wfi and beautiful views over the stunning grounds from every room. Tuesday and Wednesday are yours to sew throughout the day, with Thursday morning as a windup time, with departure just before lunch.   

This retreat is for you to do whatever you want in the most relaxed and luxurious environment. We will support you sothat you get the most out of it, be it new a garment, a work in progress, or any project you wish to bring along.
