Make a Mens tie

In this half day session you will select your fabrics from the store using your £5 fabric voucher included. You will cut a basic pattern that will be supplied and use a sewing machine for the application of the outer fabrics. Lucy will then lead you through the art of hand sewing the tie together.

About the event
In this half day session you will select your fabrics from the store using your £5 fabric voucher included. You will cut a basic pattern that will be supplied and use a sewing machine for the application of the outer fabrics. Lucy will then lead you through the art of hand sewing the tie together using a slip stitch, a hand sewn technique that is traditionally used for taking up hems of clothing.
The cost of the afternoon is £40 to include your £5 fabric voucher. Domette (lining fabric) will be provided with a further stock available from the store for further makes!
